DIGITAL TRAINING SERIES
 
The Digital Training Series will allow athletes to continue competing with one another, while still social distancing. New challenges and rewards will be added every week!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • A new event will be posted every Tuesday & Thursday at 1:00 PM.
  • Each event will earn you points based off of the difficulty level completed. 
  • Submit videos of you completing the events. Finish all difficulty levels for maximum points!
  • Check the leaderboard to see your total earned points, and check out the competition.
  • At the end of each week, the individual and NVVA team with the most points will receive prizes!

EACH EVENT WILL HAVE 3 LEVELS OF DIFFICULTY:

Rookie

Focus on practicing basic fundamental skills with fewer reps.

Pro

Take those skills to the next level and maintain control with a moderate amount of reps.

Baller

Master a skill and perform it for maximum reps!

KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR BONUS EVENTS

Once a week we will post a challenging bonus event that's worth a HUGE amount of extra points!

of events you can create, and watch our other participants try and match your skills!

Each event needs to have three aspects:
Rookie Challenge + the Number of Reps + Points
Pro Challenge + the Number of Reps + Points
Baller Challenge + the Number of Reps + Points
